Vitamin D deficiency causes diseases

 



Vitamin D deficiency means that vitamin D does not exist in our body according to our needs. This is an important problem found worldwide. Experts volunteered more than 3 million people from the UK for research and reviewed their health and vitamin D for 14 years and then examined the causes of the deaths of those killed during that period.
Experts also took care of the amount of vitamin D deficiency in people, including blood tests during the research. According to experts, those killed during the research caused other diseases due to vitamin D deficiency, which caused them to last prematurely. However, experts said that premature vitamin D shortage. Further research is needed to discover deaths, however, results show that vitamin D deficiency also causes other mental and physical problems, including bones.
